Mountain View Guest House
Mountain View Guest House in Underberg was built in 2009 and started its operations as a guest house in 2017. It is 100% Black owned and managed. The vision behind its development is found in our slogan, “away from the madding crowd,” of which the owner wanted to create a safehaven from the hussle and bussle of the city.
The guest house is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom double storey mansion which overlooks one of the mountains in Underberg. The facilities (see facilities) at the guest house and those outsourced (see outsourced extra’s) are purposed to make the guest house selfcontaining and providing the guest with a rejuvinating, tranquil holiday. Our guest house is targeting families, groups of friends, corporate groups as well as small events.
